We collect your email address (for authentication), the natural-language entries you log (implementations and goals), and basic device information.
Your data is used solely to operate the app: authenticate you, store your entries, parse and structure them into your personal goal graph, and present your history back to you.
If you ask for early access to the apps, we record that you asked, the date, the page you asked from, and the exact wording of the offer you were shown. We do not store a second copy of your email address for this: the list points at your account, and the address is the one you already sign in with.
We use it only to tell you when the apps are available and to honour what was promised with that offer. You can leave the list at any time from the button that put you on it, without affecting your account. Deleting your account removes you from the list as well.
We use AWS (authentication, database, infrastructure) and Groq (AI inference for natural-language processing of your entries). We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties.
Your data is stored on servers in the cloud. All data is encrypted in transit. Entries you mark as local stay on your device and are not synced.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings in the app, or by visiting iepok.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
